We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand aggregate site usage and improve levelthree.co. On this website, these analytics cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics or tracking scripts run on levelthree.co. Our scheduling pages at meet.levelthree.co are operated by TidyCal and use Google Analytics independently of this banner. Data processing
Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend, our transactional email provider. Website analytics are processed by Google LLC through Google Analytics 4. When you book a consultation, your name, email, and scheduling details are processed by TidyCal, our booking provider. When you use our Scope of Work tool, the project description you enter is sent to Google LLC via the Gemini API to generate your document; if you submit your scope for pricing, your details and the generated document are also delivered to us via Resend. All of these act as data processors on our behalf under appropriate data processing terms.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
International transfers
LevelThree Co. operates across North America, Taiwan, and South Korea. Your data may be processed or stored in these regions. We apply appropriate safeguards when transferring personal data internationally.
